Our family business was founded in 1835 by Heinrich Krüger in Münster (Westphalia) and is now in its 6th generation managed by Henrik Krüger.

We are proud of our tradition. The first ship that passed the Dortmund-Ems Canal on 21 December 1898, on route to Westphalia, was on its way to Heinr. Krüger + Sohn with timber from Sweden. For more than 190 years now, we are standing for exceptional experience and expertise in the natural product wood, that we respect so much.

Right up to the present day, our main focus has always been on sourcing wood specialities from all over the world. As a natural, renewable and energy-neutral raw material, wood is perfect for environmentally friendly and healthy living. We stand for a respectful and sustainable approach to the nature. That is why we are FSC® certified since 2008. This seal of quality stands for responsible usage of our forests.

Our key competence is wooden flooring in the domestically species oak. Whether as a classic solid wood plank or a technically advanced engineered parquet, whether in the design as a plank or as a Herringbone/Chevron pattern, we offer the right floor for each requirement and every room setting in a variety of different colours and structures.

Since 2026, HKS is part of Parador. By joining forces, we combine more than 190 years of expertise and passion for wood with the innovative strength of a leading flooring manufacturer. This enables us to deliver premium products, sustainable quality, and forward-looking solutions.
